A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Data Engineer / Database Administrator( Database / Web Administrator) .

Position type :  Fulltime Contract

Duration : 6 months

Location : Phoenix, AZ 85054 (Day 1 Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to manage and optimize our data lake environment built on Microsoft SQL Server. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless data integration, governance, and consumption across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL expertise, experience in ETL processes, and a passion for data accuracy and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee transformation, analysis, and administration of data assets.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational governance standards.
• Normalize redundant data from legacy systems.
• Enhance tracking capabilities and enable performance-based reporting.
• Design and execute complex SQL queries across multiple databases.
• Conduct data validation and ensure high levels of data accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business and product stakeholders.
• Define data requirements, manage change requests, and support implementation efforts.
• Extensive experience with SQL, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
• Proficient in ETL processes within production environments.
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing and large-scale data environments.
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful trends.
• Proven track record of generating actionable insights through reports and dashboards.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to resolve data-related issues efficiently and accurately.
