As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment within a retail and mall setting. Your primary responsibilities include conducting routine patrols throughout the location, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to situations as they arise. You will interact with the public, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly with both team members and visitors. By monitoring assigned areas and addressing potential concerns, you contribute to a welcoming and orderly atmosphere.

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
