Inside Sales / Field Sales (Talent Pool)

About this role

You’ll drive pipeline and revenue either remote (Inside Sales) or on-site (Field Sales) , depending on account / territory strategy.

What you’ll do

  • Prospect, run discovery / demos, build business cases, close deals.
  • Field Sales : on-site visits, events, local channel orchestration.
  • Inside Sales : digital-first execution across calls, video, and email.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline & forecast; hit quota.

What you bring

  • 2–6 years in Inside / Field Sales; consistent quota attainment.
  • Negotiation skills and stakeholder management.
  • English B2+ mandatory. Spanish / Portuguese a plus.

    • Nice to have

  • Multi-country coverage (US / LatAm / Spain) and vertical specialization.

    • Location

    Americas (incl. USA) or Spain. Remote / hybrid; travel for Field Sales as needed.
