About the Role

The Senior Marketing Operations Manager at ROLLER will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence across the marketing organization. This person will partner closely with marketing and revenue leadership to design and implement the systems, data structures, and processes that power data‑driven decision‑making and scalable growth. You’ll own and optimize the marketing tech stack, ensure seamless lead management and attribution, and build clear, actionable reporting frameworks that drive alignment across marketing, sales, and finance. Beyond analytics and process, you’ll help manage team workflows, calendars, and quarterly business reviews—identifying opportunities to streamline and innovate, including leveraging AI to enhance efficiency and insight.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with marketing leadership to define operational priorities that align with broader GTM and business goals.
  • Work with the Business Systems Team to manage and optimize the marketing tech stack, documenting processes and system flows to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Implement, optimize, and maintain lead lifecycle processes, including scoring, routing, and multi‑touch campaign attribution.
  • Work closely with Sales & Revenue Operations to align on full funnel reporting and pipeline contribution in order to help identify business risks and investment opportunities.
  • Build standardized dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor, measure, and analyze marketing performance down to a channel level to deliver actionable insights to head of marketing and marketing leads to help us meet ambitious growth targets.
  • Work with finance to reconcile and track against marketing budget and forecasting.
  • Help manage the full marketing team calendar and the status of key projects.
  • Assist with marketing QBRs and SLT level reporting and presentations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to help the team move faster without sacrificing accuracy or quality, including implementing AI into existing flows across our stack as well as building out new processes from scratch.

About You

  • You’re a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of marketing, systems, and analytics — passionate about building scalable processes that enable smarter, faster decision‑making.
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or Austin, Texas, with flexibility for hybrid work.
  • You have deep experience in marketing operations or revenue operations, ideally within a high‑growth SaaS environment.
  • You’re skilled in partnering with marketing, sales, and revenue leadership to align operational priorities with broader GTM and business goals.
  • You have hands‑on experience managing and optimizing marketing tech stacks, and are comfortable mapping and documenting complex system flows for consistency and scalability.
  • You’re proficient in lead lifecycle management, including lead scoring, routing, and multi‑touch attribution.
  • You’re data‑driven, with proven experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks that translate metrics into actionable insights and growth opportunities.
  • You’re comfortable collaborating cross‑functionally — particularly with Finance to manage budgets and forecasts, and Revenue Operations to ensure full‑funnel visibility.
  • You have exceptional organizational skills and enjoy keeping teams aligned through calendars, project tracking, and QBR preparation.
  • You’re a natural optimizer — continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and leverage AI to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • You’re detail‑oriented but also pragmatic, able to balance precision with agility in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • You get to work on a category‑leading product that customers love in a fun, high‑growth industry — check our Capterra and G2 reviews.
  • 20 days of paid time off (PTO), 10 sick days, and local paid Bank Holidays.
  • 4 ROLLER Recharge days per year (When we hit our goals each quarter, we take a well‑earned day off together to relax, recharge, and celebrate our wins).
  • Free medical insurance for the employee.
  • 401(K) Plan with a 100% match on contributions up to 5%.
  • Engage in our ‘Vibe Tribe’ - led by our team members; you can contribute to company‑wide initiatives directly. Regular events and social activities, fundraising & cause‑related campaigns… you name it. We’re willing to make it happen!
  • Team member Assistance Program to proactively support our team’s health and wellbeing – access to coaching, education modules, weekly webinars, and more.
  • 16 weeks paid Parental Leave for primary carers and 4 weeks paid Parental Leave for secondary carers.
  • Highly flexible work environment with an All Access pass to WeWork depending on your location.
  • Work with a driven, fun, and switched‑on team that likes to raise the bar in all we do.
  • Individual learning & development budget plus genuine career growth opportunities as we continue to expand!
  • What You Can Expect

  • Initial call with our Talent Acquisition Manager
  • You'll have an initial call with our Talent Acquisition Manager to chat through some of your experience to date, salary expectations and you can check off any initial questions you might have.

  • Interview with the Hiring Manager

  • Marketing Assessment Presentation
  • The presentation will diagnose marketing challenges, outline a 90‑day improvement plan, propose an AI‑driven tech stack, and design an executive dashboard.

    Voluntary Self‑Identification

For government reporting purposes, we ask candidates to respond to the below self‑identification survey. Completion of the form is entirely voluntary. Whatever your decision, it will not be considered in the hiring process or thereafter. Any information that you do provide will be recorded and maintained in a confidential file.

Why are you being asked to complete this form? We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov / ofccp.

How do you know if you have a disability?

A disability is a condition that substantially limits one or more of your ‘major life activities.’ If you have or have ever had such a condition, you are a person with a disability. Disabilities include, but are not limited to :
