BorgWarner is currently seeking an Operations Group Leader with cross-functional experience to take on a multifaceted leadership role. This individual will be responsible for leading a small team focused on building early prototypes and initial production units. They will work closely with engineering teams to recommend improvements that enhance production readiness. As the product moves toward full-scale manufacturing, this role will oversee the transition, ensuring that builds meet safety, quality, and performance standards. Following the launch, they will be tasked with building, developing, and managing the production team to support ongoing operations.

This position will be based at the BorgWarner Arden facility in Western North Carolina and will transition to a new facility with a specific location to be finalized.

This position will adhere to the BorgWarner Environmental Health and Safety Program by following all safety rules, procedures, practices, training, and safe use of equipment; this includes the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
