SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.ResponsibilitiesPerform duties assigned by the Data Entry ManagerAnswer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiriesHandle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely mannerTriage incoming faxes by facility / department and in accordance with cutoff times.
