Our client is experiencing unprecedented growth, and we are seeking a Brand Marketing Associate looking to take their career to new level. Seeking candidates with campaign execution experience with CPG.
Must Haves :
Familiarity with HIPPA ideal. Preferred having experience with MediCal billing but will train.
What you will be doing :
- Highly responsible, pro-active and organized person capable of meeting deadlines, maintaining multiple timelines, and working well independently and with others
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and shift priorities quickly
- Must be skilled with PC’s and be willing to learn new programs quickly
- Able to keep all computers organized and easy to use for all users
- Able to troubleshoot printers and modems when needed
- Knowledge and experience with Google Docs and Apps
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Ability to make long term commitment (3-5 years)
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational and proofreading skills
- Ability to work well with all levels of management including Board members
- Medi-Cal billing experience would be great—but we can train you
- Experience with donor databases is helpful but we can train
What You Bring :
High proficiency at Windows 10 using standard office and database programs, including : Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience or familiarity with Filemaker Pro, iContact or similar online marketing tools, and social media. Typing 60+ wpm.Must be proficient with QuickBooks and Google drive / suite, as well as Microsoft suite. Preferred having experience with MediCal billing but will train.Manage financial accounts using Quick Books, generate monthly financial reportsEditing & proofreading skills –excellent attention to detail.Event planning and coordination.Must have at least 2 years of Administrative Management experience working directly with ED or equivalent position.Ability to work with punctuality from 8 : 30 a.m. – 5 : 30 p.m. Monday – Friday (although there are at least four - six Saturday’s that you must be able to work throughout the year for fundraising and professional development events, but don't worry you'll get an extra day off!).Light graphic design skills are a plusMust own car - there are few but important errands at times.Must be able to lift 50lbs. (just occasionally)Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and stakeholders.What you can expect :
