Manager of Translational Operations

A company is looking for a Manager of Translational Operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the implementation of biosample strategies for clinical trials to ensure high-quality analysis

Manage sample analysis timelines and oversee logistics for sample shipments and data delivery

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in life sciences with 5+ years of R&D drug development experience

Minimum of 3+ years in clinical / biomarker operations experience

Knowledge of GxP requirements, ICH, and global regulations

Proficient in MS Office and experience with sample management systems

Experience with IBD or rheumatic disease is preferred
