Overview :
Join a growing healthcare sales team representing diverse product brands and clinical programs. This role is field-focused, requiring territory-based client visits, prospecting, and account management. You’ll manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities while having autonomy over your schedule for administrative and reporting tasks.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive sales across a defined territory, managing and growing existing accounts.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Conduct in-person visits, phone calls, and virtual meetings with referral sources and clients.
Maintain accurate activity and sales reports using CRM.
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications :
2–3+ years of sales or clinical-related experience (medical sales, post-acute care, home health, hospice, senior living experience a plus).
Proven track record of new business development and account management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable managing a large territory, including frequent in-person visits and occasional overnight travel.
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
Stable work history; demonstrated loyalty and commitment valued.
Compensation & Perks :
$100K–$120K OTE (base + commission / bonus). Higher earnings possible for strong performers.
Flexible schedule for administrative work and reporting.
Mileage reimbursement (guaranteed minimum ~$500 / month, more depending on driving).
