Job descriptionManage and process bi-weekly payroll for approximately 300 employees using Paychex Oversee Bookkeeping responsibilities for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Assist with month-end close procedures, general ledger maintenance, and intercompany transactions Handle various HR generalist duties, including benefits coordination and employee inquiries Accounting Degree 5+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing or similar environment preferred) Proficiency in QuickBooks, Paychex payroll systems, and Microsoft Office applications
Job Title : Staff Accountant
Location : Near Elyria, OH
Schedule : Monday - Friday
Salary : $60,000-$80,000 based on experience
Benefits : PTO, full benefits package
