Job descriptionOversee all accounting aspects for operations, including bank reconciliation and financial reporting. Serve as the lead point of contact for the Las Vegas office, facilitating communication between the accounting team, Controller, and CFO. Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and improve efficiency. Utilize expertise in : Account Reconciliation Balance Sheet Reconciliation Bank Reconciliations General Ledger Journal Entries Microsoft Excel Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred). Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience. Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting standards, and financial reporting. Proven experience with financial software systems (Oracle experience preferred). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
