What You’ll Do

The AP Specialist will join our rapidly growing Finance team and report to the   Director, AP . You’ll manage   all incoming invoices   and   will be responsible for the full cycle accounts payable process .   You’ll   interact with internal and external business partners to ensure transactions are recorded accurately and processes are running efficiently .

What You’ll be Working on

• Manage all incoming invoices (via hard copy,   AP   email, mail, internal submission)
• Validate invoice to ensure accurate amount, period, and amount.  Ensure invoices have the proper approval from   department   and obtain supporting documentation.  Marketing and other invoices should follow PO approval   process
• Enter   invoices in   NetSuite
• Responsible for   Corporate Card   reconciliatio n
• Coordinate with vendor s   for any invoice   discrepancy
• Responsible for communicating with vendors on invoice status   and follow   up
• Assist AP   Dept   on ad hoc   projects

Must Haves

Primary Location Salary Range : $60,000 - $70,000
