Job description10+ years of experience in QA with a focus on automated testing. Proven experience in leading a QA team. Expertise in Selenium WebDriver and Java programming. Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with both white box and black box testing. Hands-on experience with automated testing tools. Proficient in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Experience with performance and / or security testing is a plus. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
