Open Core Ventures (OCV) is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our team and growing portfolio of companies. Your primary responsibility is to keep our operations running smoothly through exceptional organization, process and data management, and hands-on support for company formation activities. The ideal candidate will also leverage AI and automation tools to scale their impact across the organization.

As a key member of our small but mighty team, you'll help us achieve our ambitious goal of launching 2,000 new companies per year. From managing critical workflows to supporting founders during their first days, your work will ensure that OCV operates efficiently and our portfolio companies launch successfully.

What You'll Do

You will be the operational backbone for OCV leadership, managing calendars, communications, travel (limited), and coordination with OCV companies and founders. You will own the organizational systems and document management that we use to launch and support OCV companies including new company setup activities and founder onboarding logistics. You will use AI to streamline processes and to automate repetitive administrative workflows.
