Working closely with the General Manager and leadership team, your insights will influence key decisions, while your presence will also foster a positive culture within the property. You will guide the team, encourage collaboration, and ensure the guest experience remains at the center of every decision. Through every interaction with clients, guests, and coworkers, you will model sincerity, respect, and thoughtful communication-making a meaningful impact on both revenue and the overall spirit of the hotel.
This position is ideal for candidates with hospitality sales experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to build rapport quickly are essential. You should be confident managing your time, staying organized, and taking initiative in your outreach. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, though occasional travel, evenings, or weekends may be required.
