Position Overview

This position will be responsible for IT support for employees, and the systems and applications they utilize at our multiple office and production locations. The goal of the IT team is to provide an excellent support experience for employees with a focus on resolving issues quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and manage networking equipment including firewalls, Wi-Fi, switches, and routers.
• Maintain IT infrastructure including network, servers, and data security to ensure business continuity across office and manufacturing facilities.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, including hardware / software upgrades and patch management.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high uptime through both proactive maintenance and responsive troubleshooting.
• Support security best practices and safeguard critical data and systems.
• Participate in our on-call rotation for after hours support.
