Description
Principle Responsibilities
Provide Responsive Customer Service.Answer questions about parking, provide directions and assist customer with entering and exiting the hospital entrance.
Greet all customers in a friendly, welcoming and professional manner.
Parking and Retrieving Vehicles.Move vehicle to appropriate valet parking spot promptly to avoid congestion.Ensure correct documentation on valet tickets.
When retrieving vehicle, deliver vehicle to hospital entrance check claim ticket to ensure you're delivering to the right customer.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age with education and / or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description, and High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2 to 5 years of customer service experience required and
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a Parking Attendant / Valet preferred
- Valid Driver’s License required upon hire - MN and WI residents must obtain a valid driver’s license in their state of residence within 60 days of employment
