Payroll Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a large organization located in Dunellen, NJ. The Payroll Specialist will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees across multiple states. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and compliance with federal and state regulations.

Payroll Specialist (Temporary)

Location : Dunellen, NJ

Pay Rate : $30- $35 / hr.

Duration : Temporary assignment (3-6 month)

Job Summary :

The Payroll Specialist will ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees across multiple states. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and compliance with federal and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process weekly and biweekly payroll cycles for all employees.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Handle wage garnishments, deductions, and PTO calculations.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
• Assist with payroll audits and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for accurate data flow.

Qualifications :

Pay Details : $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
