Ultimate Staffing has partnered with a dynamic and rapidly growoing company in the third party logistics sector. As they expand operations, they are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

Monday - Friday 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM
$20.00 - $25.00 hourly based on experience
Description :
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the transportation and delivery of goods from suppliers to customers, ensuring efficient and timely delivery while minimizing costs.
Responsiblities :
- Coordinate adn monitor supply chain operations
- Ensre all shipments are processed in compliance with customs regulations
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
- Track and report metrics to management
- Resove any issues or delays in the transportation process
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or Dispatcher for box trucks / freight
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP or logistics software
