Key Responsibilities
Assist customers via phone and email regarding child support inquiries
Research cases, update data, and compile payment information for assigned cases
Provide information about self-service tools and interpret support judgments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED
Three years of work experience in the financial sector, including account reconciliation
Two years of customer support experience
Proficiency in computer applications using Windows and Microsoft Office
Experience in a call center environment with a financial background is preferred
