Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications to include: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and Concur
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with all levels of individuals inside and outside of the organization
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Must be able to represent the organization with a high degree of professionalism
Ability to use excellent judgment in order to adjust priorities and be highly adaptable to change as needed in a fast-paced environment

Additional Details:

Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications to include: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and Concur
Main needs are managing the calendar, scheduling travel, inputting expenses and coordinating events and activities with the other admins.
Quarterly, there are Power Weeks during which all the executives travel in from Monday to Wednesday.
This person, along with team, will be responsible for organizing these events.
This person should be proficient/advanced in MS365 especially Outlook, Concur and Zoom
This person must be a team player
