Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to manage a team of accountants and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Review financial packages for accuracy before distribution

Confirm completion of various financial payments and assist with audits

Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance with client agreements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience

Experience in staffing, training, and performance management preferred

Leadership skills to motivate and guide team performance

Experience with real estate accounting software preferred

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and advanced math skills
