Job description

Position : Help Desk Technician

Location : Orlando, Florida

6 Month Contract -to- Hire

Pay Rate : $17-$18 / hr

Job Description

We are seeking a Service Desk Associate to provide exceptional support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior hospitality experience in hotels or theme parks, along with at least three months of service desk experience.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform light troubleshooting, including password resets and account linking
  • Handle service requests and resolve basic technical issues
  • Utilize ticketing systems to track and manage support cases

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms
  • Familiarity with healthcare environment
