We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in St. Petersburg, FL. This full-time position offers a competitive pay ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 per year , with additional bonus and commission pay.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospects, and meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Maximize sales opportunities by engaging with potential buyers through phone conversations, emails, and other communication methods.
- Manage a pipeline of qualified prospects using our company CRM system.
- Meet daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly / quarterly sales targets.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance products, as well as mastery of GEICO's sales training.
- Contribute to the revenue, culture, and brand image of our sales team.
- Counsel customers, cross-sell other business lines, and quote and bind insurance policies.
- Uphold GEICO's sales principles and act as an ambassador for the company.
Requirement
- Licensing Requirements :
- Candidate must have an active Florida 440 or Florida 220 License to be considered.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance and phone selling preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
- Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple requests, and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrate persistence, overcome obstacles, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Must have the stamina to thrive in a strong sales environment.
