A company is looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Execute key deliverables while onboarding new customers onto the operating system
Anticipate project risks and serve as an escalation point to ensure successful onboarding
Monitor and track onboarding progress, providing updates on milestones and performance
Required Qualifications
1-5 years of management and / or operations experience, preferably in revenue cycle operations
Proven track record of successful revenue-driving partnerships and effective relationship management
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects
Ability to operate independently with sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
Strong PowerPoint skills for creating executive-level presentations
