ABOUT THE POSITION
The Business Systems Manager will manage a team of analysts responsible for evaluating, gathering requirements, supporting and enhancing business systems to meet organizational goals. The Manager will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners to formalize complex technology requirements and implement low-code technology projects through use of various technologies. This role requires process understanding and business requirement gathering capability and leadership capabilities to manage team to ensure requirements are aligned with objectives and deliver measurable value to end users. Key responsibilities :
This is an at-will managerial position. The Trial Court Employment Protection and Governance Act (SB 2140) authorizes the Court to exclude managerial employees from the employment protection provisions of the Act subject to meet and confer.
