We are seeking a driven and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. You should possess a fervent dedication to advocating for the rights of injured individuals and have a track record of successful legal representation.

Responsibilities :

• Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients.
• Advise clients on optimal courses of action.
• Conduct client meetings to address legal concerns and needs.
• Develop ethical solutions to legal matters.
• Strategize to achieve favorable case resolutions.
• Educate clients on legal options and potential outcomes.
• Represent clients in civil legal proceedings.
• Stay updated on relevant legislation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare legal documents accurately and promptly.
• Assist clients with agreement execution.
• Conduct negotiations and trial preparation.

Requirements :

• JD degree and admission to the Arizona Bar.
• 4 years of experience in Personal Injury Law.
• In office 5 days a week.
• First-chair trial experience within the Personal Injury Field.
• Proficiency in federal and state statutes, court rules, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with auto accident and premises liability cases.
• Proven ability to handle discovery, trial, and mediation preparation.
