Product & Solutions Manager – Marketing
Location : Hybrid – Center Valley, PA (3 days onsite : Tues–Thurs)
Schedule : Full-time, 40 hrs / week (8a–5p)
Compensation : $90,000 – $115,000 (flexible) benefits

About the Role
Seeking a Product & Solutions Manager – Marketing to support our Key Account Management team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving growth across our full portfolio of medical device solutions by equipping sales with the strategies, tools, and content they need to succeed in Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).

What You'll Do
Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize revenue within IDNs.
Partner with Key Account Management to deliver marketing content, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Lead creation of fact-based business cases, RFP responses, and customer-facing proposals.
Collect and analyze Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to guide strategy, product development, and go-to-market plans.
Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, and MarComm to ensure consistent messaging and alignment.
Establish pricing strategies and support commercial program design.
Prepare and deliver presentations for panel interviews, trade shows, and key customer meetings.
Manage relationships with strategic partners and evaluate opportunities to expand value creation.
Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business priorities.
Must-Have Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in marketing, product management, or solutions management.
Medical device / healthcare / hospital market experience ; strong understanding of IDNs (Integrated Delivery Networks) .
Proven ability to collaborate with sales teams and respond quickly to client-facing needs.
Strong communication and prioritization skills.
Demonstrated career longevity (no frequent job-hopping).
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree.
Experience presenting to executives or on panel-style teams.
Hands-on experience with analytics tools and RFP processes.
Exposure to global markets or cross-border project work.
