Program Manager
Apogee is recruiting for Program Managers to support a proposal effort on Space Systems Command (SSC) CG. SSC CG is responsible for the planning, acquisition, and sustainment of space-enabled MilComm & PNT capabilities for National / Joint Force Operations. The Directorate acquires an integrated system of satellites, ground segments, and user equipment providing communications and PNT capabilities to aviation, maritime, and ground-mounted and dismounted users and fixed sites. Additionally, the Directorate is responsible for the effective administration, management, and execution of resources for all Programs within its portfolio. This is a full-time role at Los Angeles AFB, Los Angeles, CA.

Qualifications
Minimum Experience : Citizenship : Must be a US citizen Clearance : Must have and be able to maintain an active Top Secret security clearance Education : Bachelor's degree Years of Experience : 10+ years of experience in Program Management with related experience. Additional Experience : Ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to program and project staff Ability to provide detailed analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and / or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission-critical challenges / issues Ability to consult with client to define needs and problems, supervise studies, and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions Ability to initiate, supervise, and / or develop requirements from a project's inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs
Preferred Qualifications :
Certifications : Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Education : Master's Degree Years of Experience : 15+years of experience to include : 7+ years DoD experience Familiarity with space-related research, acquisitions, and communications disciplines Effective, efficient written and oral communication skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel
Location : Los Angeles AFB, Los Angeles, CA On-site / Hybrid / Remote : On-site Pay Range USD $158,500.00 - USD $250,060.00 / Yr.
