Legal Support Specialist

A company is looking for a Legal Support Specialist (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

Support the legal needs of the organization and analyze legal requests

Conduct legal research and assist in preparing documentation

Draft, review, and interpret various corporate and transactional contracts

Required Qualifications

Paralegal certification or relevant experience in a legal support role

Experience with legal research platforms (FastCase, Westlaw, LexisNexis)

Working knowledge of legal research and writing

Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain organized
