Job Description :

This role requires proficiency in operating specialized equipment and systems, managing call schedules, and maintaining confidentiality while working independently, especially during evening and weekend shifts. Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective communication with hospital personnel, patients, and outside callers in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are preferred for this position.
