YOUR MISSION
True Anomaly is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead mission-critical programs from concept to execution, integrating technical, schedule, and cost baselines to deliver space-based capabilities with precision and agility. In this cross-functional leadership role, you will drive strategic direction, manage complex program lifecycles, oversee subcontractor performance, and lead high-impact teams across engineering, operations, and mission delivery. Your expertise in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and program execution will play a key role in advancing our national security mission and operational excellence in the space domain.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage complex situations, delegate authority, lead and inspire your team, drive innovative thinking, instill collaboration, drive for success, challenge status quo, and demonstrate the ability to adapt to dynamic situationsCreate, implement, and own the coordinated program baseline (cost, schedule, technical) with the chief engineerLead, successfully integrate, and execute space vehicle missions as well as product delivery for service-based contractsDirect the responsibilities and activities of the program team including program management, systems engineering, communications and IT, mission operations, facilities management, security, safety, and contracts / financial / supply chain support functionsSupport establishing a centralized, coordinating body for PM concerns, recommendations, & issues; developing recommended process improvements; facilitating opportunities with FinanceProvide strategic direction, set priorities, and resolve day-to-day issues to deliver schedule and budgetPerform risk / issue assessments, tracking, resolution, escalation, and closeout to ensure satisfactory program performanceDevelop innovative solutions to resolve difficult program challenges including cost, schedule, and technical performanceStrong presentation skillsOversee and manage subcontractor activities and deliverablesLead preparations of bids, proposals, studies, and deliverablesDevelop and lead internal and external program management reviewsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience and skills in team building, time management, conflict resolution, communication, briefing, presentation, strategic thinking, marketing, and literacy in the program management disciplinesProven leadership abilities inclusive of successful change management, mentoring, career development, training, succession planning, holding people accountable, and conducting yearly reviewsDemonstrated experience managing risk and cost, schedule, and technical baselines for an aerospace, engineering, or software development programStrong analytical background with the evaluation of requests for proposals and / or quotes.Experience with preparing, reviewing, and submitting proposals and / or quotesEligible for Top Secret / SCI Security ClearanceBachelor's Degree and a minimum of 9 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Base Salary : II : $80,000 - $110,000. III : $110,000 - $150,000 Senior : $140,000 - $190,000Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA / HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental LeaveYour actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations : job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience
