Property Management Accountant
A full service Real Estate Company located in Northern Virginia, is seeking a self-motivated and professional candidate to assist and work closely within our Accounting Department.
Responsibilities will include all phases of Accounting and minor administrative tasks. Candidate must be able to communicate and work well with others.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Preparation of Monthly Financials
- Assist homeowners with account questions and perform special projects, as necessary
- Handle Community Transitions
