Job description

Supply Chain Coordinator

A client / employer of Insight Global is searching for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their operations team. This person will report onsite five days a week and have the main responsibility of overseeing administrative functions, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining a productive work environment. This role is essential for supporting staff, managing resources, and upholding company standards. Other responsibilities may include :

  • Oversee daily office operations, including systems, supplies, and equipment.
  • Maintain inventory and coordinate procurement of office essentials.
  • Manage office layout, repairs, and vendor relationships.
  • Supervise clerical functions and reception staff.
  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate internal communications.
  • Organize company events, team-building activities, and training sessions.
