This position is part of the Order to Cash LAD SSC Operations team. This team is responsible for credit, collections, cash application and invoice delivery operations for US Federal customers and strategic commercial customers.
This role will be actively engaged in all finance processes managed by the team and will be heavily focused on leading and project managing various transformation initiatives.
The role will be heavily focused on various training, automation initiatives and partner with the other teams on key deliverables.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for operational improvement, working with finance systems, understanding of financial processes and deliverables and ability to program / project manage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Government and commercial invoicing portals (WAWF, IPP, Tungsten and EXOSTAR,
- Experience with US federal government contract and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
CANDIDATE PROFILE :
- BA / BS in Business, Accounting and / or Finance.
- Master’s Degree in Business, Accounting and / or Finance preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience, prior O2C experience preferred.
- Ability to excel in a deadline driven, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to get results with minimum guidance
- The candidate should demonstrate strong executive presence and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with peers and counterparts in a global / multi location setup.
- Strong Expertise in Office Tools MS Excel, Power Point Skills.

- Assist in the collection, management, and resolution of outstanding invoices from past due accounts.
- Collaborate with sales support, accounts receivable, and directly with the customer to resolve ability to pay, communicate contractual specifications, and enforce remedies in reconciling accounts.
- Manage portfolio of accounts including delinquency, write-offs, credit memos, and additional interest.
- Negotiate payment plans with customers and coordinate with different departments for approvals and signoffs.
- Conducts pre-sale credit risk evaluation, prepares recommendations, and makes credit approval decisions on new accounts.
- Recognizes deteriorating credit situations recommending and implementing solutions. Prepares collection reports.
- Participate in weekly operations review, quarter end close, strategy implementations and executive reporting
- Perform adhoc analysis and develop a strong understanding of the various items on the Fusion ERP projects
- Ability to extract data, analyze and perform variance analysis on collections aging reports.
- Assist with financial presentations for quarterly reviews with senior management
- Proactively drive analysis on key trends and understand business drivers behind the trends we are seeing in the results
- Ensure data quality and accuracy of management reporting

US : Hiring Range : from $56,200 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
