Senior Talent Acquisition Partner I TA Management

Are you passionate about solving complex technical problems and keeping business-critical systems running smoothly? Cornerstone Advisors is seeking a Help Desk Support to provide high-quality support to our team members and ensure the stability of the IT systems that power our consulting services to banks and credit unions.

What You'll Do

  • As a Technology Support Engineer, you will be the first line of defense for internal users, diagnosing and resolving a wide range of software, hardware, and network issues
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues, escalating when needed
  • Own reported issues from intake through resolution, keeping users informed every step of the way
  • Provide remote support via phone, email, or chat
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup and secure access
  • Share best practices and educate staff on IT systems and security protocols
  • Help shape our IT operations by identifying trends and recommending improvements
  • We're seeking someone who combines technical expertise with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise applications
  • Familiarity with network configurations, VPNs, and endpoint protection
  • Experience using help desk platforms like ServiceNow or FreshWorks
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Soft Skills

  • Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Calm under pressure with strong prioritization skills
  • Detail-oriented and accountable
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support / help desk roles
  • Experience supporting professional services or financial services environments is a plus
  • IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified : Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are preferred
