• Role Overview
• The Program Specialist
• serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing operational and reimbursement support for complex programs within Neovance. This role requires strong problem-solving skills to remove barriers preventing patients or providers from accessing therapies. You will work in a
• fast-paced, high-volume environment
• , managing customer-facing tasks and performing accurate data entry in the program's tracking system. Expect to handle
• 60-100 inbound calls per day
• with an average call time of 6 minutes.
• Key Responsibilities
• Handle high-volume inbound calls related to :
• Enrollment status
• Medication shipment status
• General patient inquiries
• Outreach for missing information
• Provide empathetic, high-quality customer service (100% call quality expected).
• Manage complaints and adverse event reports.
• Ensure accurate documentation and data entry.
• Required Skills & Experience
• Call Center Experience :
• Minimum 2 years in a high-volume environment.
• Healthcare Customer Service :
• At least 2 years required.
• Remote Work Experience :
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively from home.
• Technical Proficiency :
• Comfortable using multiple software tools.
• Communication Skills :
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Empathy & Patience :
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion.
• Attention to Detail :
• Strong accuracy and thoroughness.

This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, NC.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 / hr.
