Rate : up to $73 / hr.

Note : Candidates do not need to code, but must be able to distinguish between iOS and Android code.

Top Requirements

• Hybrid Project Manager / Scrum Master skillset with proven delivery experience.
• Strong mobile application background (bill pay, account details, wallets, transfers, etc.) with understanding of iOS vs Android codebases.
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Agile-first mindset with working knowledge of Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with velocity tracking, sprint planning, and delivery metrics.
• Proactive, bold communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.

Role Overview

You will lead planning and delivery efforts for mobile app development teams within a large-scale banking environment. Each mobile team ("room") consists of 1215 members including iOS and Android developers, QA engineers (manual and automation), and offshore resources. You'll be responsible for driving Agile ceremonies, managing delivery timelines, and ensuring sprint goals are met.
