Job description

We are hiring for an Online Product Support Professional!  In this full time opportunity you'll provide customer service and support for clients utilizing online services and be responsible for problem analysis and resolution.  To be considered for this position you will need an AAS or BA / BS in IT and a minimum of 2 years in a call center or technical support position.

Position Details :

  • Full time, contract
  • M-F schedule days
  • Assists clients utilizing online payroll and support requiring product and technical support
  • Answers inbound calls and responds to emails in a call center environment; provides problem analysis and resolution
  • Updates database of client encounters and solutions
  • Maintains high level of client satisfaction and retention by focusing on effective service and first call resolution
  • Implements working knowledge of security information resets, sign on tools, and support tools for online applications
  • Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • AAS or BA / BS in IT Business or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years in call center client service or technical support position
  • Schedule flexibility between 8 am and 6 pm
