As a Retail Assistant Manager, you will : · Help drive all retail operations and provide safe and inviting atmospheres for all guests, staff, and student workers.
- Provide high-quality customer service to all guests.· Ensure orders are accurate and meet all University Dining and franchise standards.
- Create an environment that promotes diversity and growth for student workers, staff, and guests.· Assist in the facilitation of the hiring and training process.
- Complete supply ordering, administrate maintenance schedules, and can assist in daily duties and tasks where needed.· Help set up and open new venues around campus.
- Learn the various operations and support as needed.
