Performs clerical and administrative support functions for the Finance Department to include accounts payable, receivables, cash transactions, routine calculations, postings and accounting data verification and reports. Maintains accounts payable related documents in efficient and organized files. Ensures strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
o Follows all integrity guidelines and procedures and ensures no manipulation of student data.
o Verifies completeness of invoice packages.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Advance degrees preferred. Coursework in accounting / bookkeeping and one year of accounting experience preferred. Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of application required. Must pass company finance test.
