Compensation
Competitive starting salary to establish, grow, and improve this office.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.
- Business Development : Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
- Referral building : Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
- Staffing and Scheduling : Hire and onboard new team members and ensure all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers, and partners.
- In-home Assessments : Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Financial Management : Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
- Cultivating Culture : Create the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, and setting the tone of your team morale.
