CW's Engineered Pump Division (EPD) is searching for an Administrative Assistant based in Bethlehem, PA. EPD and its predecessor companies have been providing naval and maritime technological expertise since 1847. EPD's pumps go to the heart of the systems that enable the Navy's ships and submarines to protect our nation. Today, EPD is the leading supplier of mission-critical pumps for the U.S. Navy's Ford & Nimitz Class aircraft carriers and Virginia Class submarines, as well as the Navy's next generation Columbia Class submarine. EPD also supports the entire naval fleet with various innovative pumping solutions such as composite pumps and parts, and provides complete overhaul, upgrade and field service capabilities.
You will play a key role supporting the Curtiss-Wright Engineered Pump Division (CW-EPD) Sales, Marketing and Contracts department (Contracts).
Location : Bethlehem, PA
Rate : $21.01 to $28.85

Your Challenge
- Timely and accurate data entry of customer purchase order (i.e. contract) and project budget data into CW-EPD computer systems.
- Document control and distribution of internal bid and proposal (B&P) and contract documents for use by project management, finance, sourcing, quality, operations, Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and other customer and EPD financial auditors in accordance with established procedures.
- Coordination and distribution of contracts for electronic review. Follow-up with reviewers to maintain deadlines.
- Scanning and maintenance of electronic and physical B&P and contract documents and files.
- Quality control of document reviews and checklists to ensure completeness.
- Preparation of recurring and ad hoc reports in Microsoft Excel from data exported out of Oracle ERP program.
- Entry of data into Microsoft PowerPoint slides and graphics file to support Contracts presentations as needed.
- Data entry and vendor inquiries to support proposal development, internal reporting and audit needs.
