Identify areas for improvement and implement changes accordingly. Act as the primary contact for affiliates, resolving queries and concerns. Train affiliates on the company's services and marketing tools. Organize educational initiatives to enhance affiliate marketing skills. Ensure affiliate activities comply with legal standards. Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends and best practices. Promote ethical marketing techniques among affiliates. Manage the affiliate marketing budget. Negotiate contracts and commission structures. Evaluate the cost-effectiveness and adjust budgets as needed. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams for aligned objectives. Work with legal teams for compliant affiliate agreements. Liaise with customer service for any issues stemming from affiliate promotions. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Proven experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing. Prior work in an ISP or related industry is advantageous. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics. Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising. Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and tools. Basic understanding of online marketing strategies and tools. Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of building strong relationships. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
