Experience working closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop technical or policy-based training content. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to effectively assess needs, evaluate efficacy, and receive and incorporate feedback. Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) for learning content. Strong communication, presentation, & interpersonal skills. Advanced experience in developing complex technical or policy-based training programs. Knowledge of copyright and trademark rules for writing and delivering content. Knowledge of unemployment insurance policies and procedures. Experience with learning evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick) and measuring training effectiveness.

You gain a family friendly certified workplace, starting salary: $4,523.16/month, comprehensive benefits package: retirement plan, optional 401(k) & 457 accounts, medical insurance, optional dental/vision/life insurance, EAP services. Paid time off, including vacation, sick and family care leave. Additional benefits information available at
