A company is looking for a TPO Appraisal Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Monitor all appraisal orders delivered daily by AMCs Manually enter or update appraisal report information into Encompass Maintain communication with various stakeholders regarding individual loan files Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of mortgage experience with Government, Conventional, and DU / LP General knowledge of mortgage products and processes Knowledge of RESPA requirements and Loan Estimate preparation Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Encompass Loan Origination system is preferred
