The successful candidate will work closely with project managers in delivery of any of the following project components…system design / review, software, installation, startup, commissioning, and owner training. Diagnoses and repairs complex control systems malfunctions requiring extensive knowledge of a variety of electronic or digital controls systems and ability to test and write modifications in multiple languages of systems software. Implement databases, controls sequences, programs, and graphics for new construction and retrofit projects. Provides start-up and checkout documentation to the installation team for use in commissioning and validation Organize and demonstrate required BAS project sequences to meet commissioning agents' requirements. Provides sketches of field changes and discrepancies for engineering corrections and as-built drawings This job might be for you if : Controls troubleshooting and programming for BAS systems (Function Block + Script, Graphics) Creates intuitive graphical user interfaces for BAS systems. Follows established written standards and procedures for software development, communication and documentation. Communicates clearly and concisely project progress, roadblocks, and solutions. Provides training, as requested, either on customer site or at our training center Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications : Field experience in the HVAC controls industry; preferably with troubleshooting, maintenance, and service Technical, hands-on experience with commissioning and programming of DDC controls. Knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
