Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at Floor Shield of Fresno located in Clovis, CA. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for attending qualified sales appointments and selling our product for commercial and residential jobs.
High Commission based role (Pay range below is based on commission schedules and a part time role)
Company is heavily invested in marketing and qualified leads are provided
Must have prior experience in construction or home service sales
Part time role- could translate to full time based on exceeding closing targets
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales and Sales Management skills
- Experience in training or a willingness to learn
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Proficiency in relevant software applications
- Previous experience in sales or related field is a plus
