Job description

We provide an extensive 5-day PAID new hire orientation / training.

Afternoon Shift : Monday-Friday (Flexible Hours).

Starting salary based on experience : $21.00 - $24.00 / per hour.

Job Description :

  • Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Behavior Technicians (BTs) implement evidence-based behavior intervention methods specific to each child's treatment plan.
  • A Behavior Therapist works 1 : 1 with children / adolescents and teaches skills through play-based activities.

We provide ongoing support and the opportunity to obtain a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst! With the RBT credential, our BTs qualify for a higher pay bracket.

PBX Steps was established in an effort to increase the amount of support to the special needs' population, as individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities are often limited to resources that support them in overcoming barriers at home and within their community. We advocate for our clients by providing quality support with trained staff, and by assisting families that may be overwhelmed by the challenges of raising a child with developmental delays.
