Job Description :

- A Behavior Therapist works 1 : 1 with children / adolescents and teaches skills through play-based activities.

Are you new to ABA?
ABA is a systematic approach in which clinical team members utilize their understanding of how behavior works, how it is affected by the environment, and how learning occurs. Learn more about the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and why its evidence-based practices are beneficial for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism and other developmental disabilities. About PBX Steps :
PBX Steps was established in an effort to increase the amount of support to the special needs' population, as individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities are often limited to resources that support them in overcoming barriers at home and within their community. We advocate for our clients by providing quality support with trained staff, and by assisting families that may be overwhelmed by the challenges of raising a child with developmental delays.
