Position Overview

The Bellman plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable guest experience. As the first point of contact upon arrival and the last upon departure, the Bellman ensures guests feel valued, comfortable, and cared for. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs in a relaxed yet professional beachside environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel amenities and services.
• Provide directions and information about the property and surrounding beach area.
• Assist with check-out by retrieving luggage and arranging transportation.
• Safely handle, store, and deliver guest luggage.
• Arrange taxis, shuttles, or other transportation as requested.
• Offer recommendations for local attractions, dining, and beach activities.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Deliver items such as packages, amenities, or room service when needed.
• Maintain lobby appearance and assist with keeping public areas tidy.
• Support front desk operations during busy periods.
• Uphold safety and security standards while monitoring guest areas.
